Chef and co-owner Marcus Webb spent years cooking in Dallas fine-dining kitchens before deciding Frisco deserved something more personal — a place where the produce comes from within a hundred miles, the beef is Texas-raised, and the menu shifts with what the farms are actually harvesting that week. It sounds simple. It is anything but.
Start with the whipped ricotta toast if it is on the menu that evening. It arrives on thick sourdough from a local bakery, draped with roasted cherry tomatoes and finished with a drizzle of wildflower honey that somehow makes the whole thing feel both rustic and refined.
