Massachusetts’ historic Blue Hills Observatory in Milton was closed due to vandalism. Multiple windows were smashed, and equipment was damaged, according to Executive Director Alexander Evans.
The Massachusetts State Police are investigating the report of vandalism. The facility, which is home to the nation’s longest continuous weather record, will be closed through Thursday for repairs.
