The United States Postal Service is raising prices for first-class forever stamps from $0.78 to $0.82, starting July 12.
Domestic postcards will also increase to $0.65 and international postcards to $1.75.
The Postal Service said it needs more revenue to help offset rising operating costs as it works to remain self-funded.
