The first six months of 2026 confirm that America remains a truck country, with the Ford F-Series holding the top spot with 353,320 sales, followed by the Chevrolet Silverado with 268,884 sales. The Honda CR-V is the highest-ranking SUV and the top-selling vehicle that is not a pickup, finishing third with 226,114 sales.
Top-Selling Vehicles
The Toyota RAV4, traditionally one of the country’s strongest sellers, sits in eighth place, while the Toyota Camry ranks fifth with 179,044 sales, making it the highest-ranking traditional passenger car. The Tesla Model Y ranks seventh with an estimated 163,454 sales, making it the only fully electric vehicle among the top 25.
SUVs dominate the overall list, but pickups still rule the top of the chart, and the Camry continues to carry the flag for traditional cars. The Ford Maverick continues to show there is plenty of demand for a smaller, more affordable pickup.
