A University of Tennessee professor will receive $1.9 million to settle a lawsuit accusing the school of violating her constitutional rights. The professor, Tamar Shirinian, was fired after making social media posts criticizing conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was tragically assassinated during his ‘American Comeback Tour’ at Utah Valley University.
