University Of Oklahoma Hosts Fan Events

The University of Oklahoma Athletics Department announced the return of two fan-favorite events. The 2026 editions of the OU Summer Sale and Meet the Sooners Day are each expected to take place on Saturday, August 8.

OU Summer Sale and Meet the Sooners Day Details

The day kicks off with the OU Summer Sale. From 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., 1Oklahoma members will receive early access to equipment, shoes, apparel, and other items. The general public can join the shopping from then until 1:00 p.m. This is the first time the OU Summer Sale has taken place since 2024.

From 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Meet the Sooners Day gives fans a chance to interact with and collect autographs from their favorite players and coaches on the main stadium concourse. Like last year, organizers said the event will be limited to members of the Sooner Kids Club and 1Oklahoma. Sooner Kids Club members must be accompanied by an adult.
