The United Arab Emirates on Friday issued a message telling residents to disregard an alert that had appeared earlier suggesting a potential missile threat.
Authorities subsequently issued another message saying, “Please disregard the previous warning,” without providing further explanation.
The initial alert was similar to those issued during the Iran war when Iranian missiles and drones targeted the UAE.
