Tuscan Brands, the developer of Tuscan Village in Salem, New Hampshire, is seeking formal approval to modify its development plans. The company aims to scrap its original plan to build approximately 1.2 million square feet of life sciences space.
Instead, Tuscan Brands plans to include more residential units and parking spaces in the development’s West Village District. The revised plan also includes the construction of a bank and two office buildings, while scaling back the previously proposed hotel, restaurants, and medical office buildings.
