A massive 10-acre housing development, Turners Ranch, has officially opened for sales in Springfield, located at the northeast corner of East Sunshine Street and South Farm Road 199 intersection.
Development Details
The project, constructed by H.C. Rogers Construction Group and marketed by Graddy Real Estate, features 64 homes in phase one, with prices starting at $500,000. The development will have a total of 200 lots in both phases, with the second phase including amenities like a pool, pickleball and tennis courts, a putting green, and a basketball court.
Cade Rogers, owner and principal at H.C. Rogers Construction Group, stated that phase one will take a couple of years to complete, after which they will move on to phase two. The company is able to provide custom-built homes at this site, allowing people to choose their floor plan and finishes.
Local Impact
Turners Ranch joins a growing list of developments on East Sunshine Street, with 10 tracts totaling 175 acres sold at auction in September 2023. The development’s name pays homage to the community of Turners and the Turners Station Mercantile and Deli, a historic site in the area.
