Case Details

Hearn was indicted on July 2 for allegedly causing over $1,000 in damage to the pool’s coating. However, Pirro’s office dropped the charges, citing new evidence that the damage was likely caused by a flawed installation by the contractor, Atlantic Industrial Coatings.

Trump has been critical of Pirro’s decision, stating that she ‘choked’ under pressure and ‘folded like an umbrella.’ He also claimed that Hearn is a ‘big player’ in ActBlue, a fundraising organization, and is represented by a ‘TRUMP DERANGED SLEAZEBAG’ lawyer, Norm Eisen.
