Fox News host Mark Levin has launched a sharp critique against President Donald Trump and his administration, accusing them of ‘trashing’ and ‘bullying’ Israel. The comments came during Levin’s Saturday night show monologue and in a series of posts on X, targeting the administration’s recent diplomatic moves involving Iran.
Iran Peace Deal Controversy
The friction centers around a memorandum of understanding (MOU) Trump recently signed with Iran, which establishes a 60-day negotiation period aimed at securing a final peace deal. On Thursday, Vice President JD Vance publicly criticized Israeli officials who had spoken out against the agreement.
Levin argued that Israel should not be pressured into altering its security decisions by outside powers. ‘I don’t know what’s going on, but if people think they can bully a little country, Israel — a people that have existed 4,000 years through the Babylonians and the Persians, through the Romans and the Third Reich — into surrendering their defense and their decision on how to secure their country, they get another thing coming,’ Levin said.
Levin also raised questions about a $400 million Boeing 747 gifted by Qatar to the U.S. government, which is being converted into a new airframe for the Air Force One presidential airlift mission. Additionally, he criticized Trump’s criticism of Israel regarding its responses to Hezbollah attacks originating from Lebanon.
