A tropical wave in the Atlantic has been tagged Invest 92-L, according to the National Hurricane Center. Environmental conditions are forecast to become more conducive for development during the next couple of days, and a tropical depression will likely form during the latter half of this week while the system moves westward to west-northwestward across the Central Tropical Atlantic.

A second area of interest is a trough of low pressure located a few hundred miles northeast of Bermuda that is producing a small area of shower and thunderstorm activity. Some development of this system is possible during the next couple of days as it moves eastward at 20 mph.
