Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski made a splash at Fanatics Fest, with Brady dunking Gronkowski in a tank of Raising Cane’s sauce. The event, held at the Javits Center in Manhattan, featured a plethora of superstars, including the two NFL legends.
Fanatics Fest
Fanatics Fest is a viral moment waiting to happen, and the combination of Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, and 500 gallons of Raising Cane’s famous sauce filled in a dunk tank did not disappoint. Brady, whose accuracy with a football is still unmatched, didn’t miss his target, hitting the seat out from under his favorite tight end when they were both in the NFL.
Gronkowski went splashing into the sauce, as Brady and Raising Cane’s owner Todd Graves joined the masses in celebrating one of the coolest moments to kick off Fanatics Fest. Before Brady’s toss, Fox News Digital caught up with Graves to find out how a dunk tank filled with his brand’s famous sauce came to be.
Graves explained that partnering with Fanatics and Fanatics Fest was a great opportunity, and that they came up with the idea of a Cane’s Sauce dunk tank together. He believed the moment was going to be ‘legendary’ and ‘going to be something in Cane’s lore’ forever.
Raising Cane’s
Raising Cane’s, a popular fast-food chain, has been growing rapidly, with 100,000 crew members and 1,000 locations. Graves said that for him to walk in and see their logos up and people wanting to be a part of Cane’s is a dream come true. He added that doing a dunk tank with Tom Brady and Gronk was an absolute dream, and that he loves what he does, including his company, crew, and customers.
