Tierra and Rumar Turner exchanged vows in a small, softly lit room at The Love Vault in northeast Akron. The bride and groom have been together for eight years and were the first couple to be married at this new venue.
A Unique Wedding Experience
The Love Vault is a tiny elopement venue that offers an intimate and elegant wedding experience. Wedding officiant Stephanie Singleton, who also owns Drive-Thru Weddings & Notary, started The Love Vault to provide couples with a hassle-free and romantic way to get married.
Singleton, who has been an officiant for many years, decided to start her own business after working in Las Vegas and seeing the demand for small, casual wedding ceremonies. She offers drive-thru weddings and now, with The Love Vault, couples have the option to get out of their vehicles and participate in a more traditional ceremony.
The Turners were given information about Singleton’s services when they went to the courthouse to get their marriage license. They attended the open house for The Love Vault and won a complimentary elopement ceremony through a raffle.
A Passion for Love and Relationships
Singleton’s passion for love and relationships led her to become a wedding officiant. She previously worked as a hairdresser in Los Angeles and had many relationship conversations with her clients. This experience inspired her to make a career change and contribute to love in a different way.
As she officiated ceremonies in Las Vegas, Singleton received positive feedback from couples, which motivated her to continue down this path. She believes that love brings a great energy and enjoys being a part of couples’ special days.
