Paxton says some programs may be “endangering Texans by providing inadequate commercial driver training, in violation of state and federal law.”
The attorney general has issued Civil Investigative Demands to at least one school. He sent those demands to EP Texas Trucking School.
EP Texas Trucking School is based in El Paso and is among the institutions named in the action.
