Texarkana, Texas, Mayor Bob Bruggeman and Texarkana, Arkansas, Mayor Allen Brown each placed a lock on the new Love Locks public art installation at 300 N. State Line Ave. during the dedication ceremony on Friday.
The structure allows individuals to attach locks representing relationships, family ties, friendships, or other meaningful connections. The project was developed by a Leadership Texarkana team.
