Fall Festival at Spring Lake Park
On October 15, the Texarkana Texas Parks and Recreation Department will host its Annual Fall Festival at Spring Lake Park, 4303 N. Park Road, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The program includes hayrides, games, costume contests and other classic autumn fun. The festival concludes before the family‑friendly movie Casper (1995) begins at dusk.
Fall Farmer’s Market and Movies in the Park
Also on October 15 and again on October 22, the Texarkana Fall Farmer’s Market will set up at Spring Lake Park alongside a Movies‑in‑the‑Park series. Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4562, located at 4700 E. 9th St., will host a Fall Festival for adults with special needs on October 27 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to wear costumes, enjoy games, refreshments and a supportive community atmosphere.
“Boo at the Barn” at Runnin WJ Ranch
Runnin WJ Ranch, 4802 South Kings Hwy., invites families to “Boo at the Barn” on October 28, 6 p.m.‑8 p.m. The event features trick‑or‑treating inside the barn, hayrides, candy, concessions and games. Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Perot Theatre
On October 30, the historic Perot Theatre, 221 Main St., will present the cult classic Rocky Horror Picture Show at 8 p.m. General admission tickets are $19; VIP tickets with a prop kit are $29. Outside props are not permitted.

On November 6 and 7, the Terry Lee Rogers Recreation Center, 1 Legion Drive, will host a two‑day Autumn Market. The night market on Friday, Nov. 6 runs 5 p.m.‑8 p.m.; the day market on Saturday, Nov. 7 runs 9 a.m.‑2 p.m., showcasing handmade creations from local artisans.
