The investigation began after police received multiple reports of a U-Haul that was operating in an extremely reckless manner, including passing in no passing zones and nearly causing several head-on collisions.
The individuals being sought are described as a male in a white T-shirt and a female wearing a white tank top with a tattoo on her left shoulder.
Police said there is no threat to the public at this time, but residents are being asked to avoid the area while officers conduct their search.
