Springfield soccer fans gathered at Mumbles1888 on Commercial Street to watch the United States Men’s National Team defeat Bosnia and Herzegovina 2-0 in a Round of 32 World Cup match.

The watch party was a collaborative effort between Mumbles1888 and other businesses on Commercial Street, including the Rathbone Ace Hardware store and the Springfield Yellow Cab Company.
Fans enjoyed the atmosphere and the shared experience of watching the game together. “I love Mumbles,” said Katie Gilbert. “It’s a great positive vibe.”
Mumbles1888, located at 504 E. Commercial St., has been open since early February and has become a popular spot for soccer fans to gather and watch games.
