Local soccer fans in Springdale gathered at Luther George Park to cheer on Team USA as they defeated Australia 2-0 in their World Cup match on Friday. The park has been hosting World Cup watch parties since the first match on June 11, with many fans coming out to support their favorite teams.

Attendees included Max Hippensteel, who said it was a fun time, and Zach Love, who was there with his wife, her sister, and some friends. Vendors were also on site, providing food and drinks to the crowd, including the Sugar Shack, which offered fresh lemonade and cotton candy.
