Bethlehem Center, a Spartanburg-based nonprofit community center, will host a fundraiser on July 30. The event will feature a fireside chat with Dawn Staley, head coach of the University of South Carolina women’s basketball team, discussing the role communities play in shaping people’s lives.
Fundraiser Details
The fundraising event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the USC Upstate’s Olin B. Sansbury Jr. Campus Life Center at 180 Gramling Drive in Spartanburg. Food and drinks will be provided during the event. Tickets to the fundraising event are $108 per person.
Bethlehem Center has served the Highland neighborhood and greater Spartanburg communities since 1930. Proceeds from the fundraiser will help fund a new facility for the nonprofit to meet the growing needs of the local community. The larger facility will include an early learning center, a senior center, and a gymnasium.
