Crews are working to repair a large sinkhole on Route 10 in New Haven. The sinkhole, which is about 20 feet by 40 feet and 15 feet deep, has closed the right lane of Route 10 North between Legion Avenue and MLK Boulevard.
No estimate has been given for when the area will reopen, and crews did not say how long repairs will take. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
