Although Biles did not share details about the procedure or her condition, she appeared upbeat in the photo. Last month, she shared a frightening health scare she experienced on June 6, stating it was one of the scariest experiences of her life.
Biles and Owens married in April 2023 and have been supportive of each other through both career highs and personal challenges.
