LifeShare Blood Center’s annual United We Give community blood drive is concluding on Friday in Shreveport, Louisiana. The three-day initiative aims to combat the steep summer decline in local blood donations, with regional donations typically dropping by nearly 20% during the summer months.
Donation Incentives
To encourage participation on the final day, LifeShare is offering donors a limited-edition ‘Red, White & YOU’ T-shirt and a $25 gift card. These promotional items are available to participants at all LifeShare donor centers and mobile drives, except for the Baton Rouge location.
Residents can visit local hubs until the drive concludes on Friday. Donors can stop by the Shreveport donor center at 8910 Linwood Ave. or the Bossier City donor center at 1523 Doctors Lane.
