A domestic dispute between a man and a woman escalated into a shooting near a Raleigh apartment early Tuesday morning. The man fired several gunshots into the air before leaving the area in a vehicle.
According to investigators, the shooting occurred near St. Giles Street, and a large portion of the parking lot was taped off with evidence markers for possible bullet casings. Fortunately, it did not appear that any people or apartment units were hit.
Police are still looking for the man, and charges are pending. The incident is currently under investigation to determine if any vehicles were damaged.
