The Sheridan City Council has approved the final plat of the Westhaven Estates Subdivision, a proposed development on Mydland Road west of Hill Pond Drive. According to City Planner Kelly Schroeder, the property owner, Excalibur Construction, intends to divide 23.3 acres into 91 residential use lots.
Subdivision Details
The subdivision is zoned R1 residence district, which allows for one-family dwellings and has a minimum square footage requirement of 6,000 square feet per lot. The lots must also be at least 60 feet wide, measured at the setback line. Setbacks will be addressed on a lot-by-lot basis at the time of building permit issuance.
