Flock Cameras in Sheridan

There has been a kerfuffle on social media over the last few weeks about whether or not flock cameras are being placed throughout Sheridan and Sheridan County. City Administrator Stu McRae addressed the situation, stating that the city does not have any flock cameras. The police chief checked with the Sheriff’s Department, and they do not have any flock cameras either.

McRae explained that one of the reported flock cameras is actually a live feed from Grinnell Plaza, which is not a flock camera. The city has not checked with other governmental agencies, but McRae reiterated that the city does not have any flock cameras.
