Highway 24 is closed in both directions between Goldfield Campground and 8th Street after a crash. The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) reported the closure, which occurred around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday.
The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) says all lanes are blocked at South 21st Street. Westbound lanes are closed at 14th Street and eastbound lanes are closed at 21st Street.
Officials are asking drivers to avoid the area and expect delays.
