U.S. Sen. Ron Wyden will hold six open-to-all town halls across six Eastern Oregon counties from July 6 to July 8. The events are part of his commitment to visit every Oregon county annually.
Town Hall Schedule
Sen. Wyden has held 1,168 open-to-all town halls statewide, upholding his promise to conduct at least one town hall each year in each of Oregon’s 36 counties. The town halls will be held on July 6, 7, and 8.
For security reasons, backpacks and large bags are not allowed in the town halls. A clear bag policy is in effect, similar to major sporting events, permitting only clear bags (maximum 12″x six″x12″), one-gallon clear plastic bags or small clutches (maximum 4.5″x 6.5″). Exceptions are made for essential items such as medical bags or infant necessities, but no storage will be provided for disallowed bags.
