The Paddock, a new 5-acre amenity complex, has opened in Santa Rita Ranch, featuring a resort pool, lap pool, indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, a playground, and a tricycle path.

The complex was designed by Brenner Design Build, with landscape design led by Larson & Burns, and construction managed by Epic Design Build. The addition of The Paddock brings the total number of pools in the community to seven.

Santa Rita Ranch Developer Ed Horne stated, “Repeatedly opening new amenity complexes underscores our commitment to an active, engaging way of life here at Santa Rita Ranch.” The community has invested over $80 million in amenities, including pools, parks, sports fields, and a fitness center.

The Paddock is part of the community’s effort to provide residents with opportunities to make strong friendships, stay active, and enjoy the beautiful Hill Country landscape.
