The Santa Barbara Water Polo Club has achieved an impressive double at Session One of the National Junior Olympics, winning championships in the girls 16U and 18U elite Platinum Divisions.

McKenna Stuart, from San Marcos High School, scored a game-high five goals to lead the SBWPC 16U to an 8-4 championship game win over 680 Water Polo. Stuart was named MVP. Goalie Reagan Mack, from Dos Pueblos High School, made 5 blocks as they did not allow a goal in the fourth quarter.

USC-bound Nicole O’Neill, from Oaks Christian High School, led SBWPC with 6 goals in a 15-10 championship win over Lamorinda. Stanford-commit Mia Fabros, from Oaks Christian High School, added four goals while fellow Stanford-commit Allison Cohen, from Orange Lutheran High School, tallied 3 goals.
