A search was underway late Friday night for a person who was missing after a boat crashed in Salisbury, Massachusetts.
State police say Salisbury officers reported a boat crash on the jetty at Salisbury Beach reservation around 10:35 p.m. Two people were rescued and taken to local hospitals, but one person is still unaccounted for.
Troopers, as well as the State Police marine unit and airwing, searched alongside the U.S. Coast Guard into the early morning hours.
The water search was expected to resume sometime Saturday morning. The Salisbury jetty stretches into the Merrimack River’s mouth.
