ROCKWALL, TX – On Thursday, Sept. 17, Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County and Rest Haven Funeral Home & Memorial Park will open their doors for the 14th Rockwall Cares Annual Caregiver Conference. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Rest Haven, 2500 State Hwy 66 East, and is free to the public.
