June Events
On June 26, Page to Stage Productions will present Shakespeare’s ‘Much Ado About Nothing’ at Legacy Square, starting at 7 p.m. The North Renton Neighborhood Association will host a community cleanup on June 27, from 9-11 a.m., meeting at 332 Park Ave. N.
Other events in June include match watch parties for Colombia vs. Portugal and playoff games, as well as the Renton Farmers Market, which will be held every Tuesday from 3-7 p.m. at Piazza Park.
July Events
In July, the Seattle Chamber Music Society will present The Concert Truck at Liberty Park and Gene Coulon Memorial Park. Music in the Park with Mariachi Monarcas will be held at Kiwanis Park on July 8, starting at 11:20 a.m.
The Fairwood Market Night will also take place on July 8, from 4-8 p.m., at Northwood Middle School, with a theme of ‘Heroes Event’ honoring veterans and first responders.
Renton’s Hometown 4th of July celebration will be held on July 4, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Cedar River Park, featuring games, food, and music.
