Raiz Federal Credit Union celebrated its 90th anniversary, marking nine decades of serving the El Paso community. Alejandro Yu noted that being local for over 90 years and impacting many families has been a legacy for the credit union to build on every day.
As a non-profit, Raiz’s money goes back to the El Paso community, with the goal of continuing to grow. The credit union has expanded to 19 states and now has 76,000 members. Texas Senator Cesar Blanco presented a special resolution to commemorate the occasion.
