Committed to simplicity and quality, Purely Provisions sources the freshest local ingredients. TrueHarvest, a farm in Belton, supplies greens, while Redbird Farms provides chicken. The establishment prides itself on using cage-free eggs and frying exclusively in 100% tallow. ‘Having local Texas everything, there’s no hard decisions with it,’ Walker stated, highlighting their dedication to supporting local producers.
The menu features a blend of comfort food and fresh, locally inspired flavors. Patrons can enjoy dishes like the Round Rock spicy chicken sandwich, a hot Italian sandwich, and breakfast options such as tacos and chilaquiles served until 3 p.m.
