A man was cited for indecent exposure and disorderly conduct after revealing himself in front of an ice cream truck in Pueblo, Colorado. Gabriel Lujan, the driver, was reportedly seen flashing security personnel and calling them names in video footage obtained by KRDO13.

Candace Orf-Deisla, a local resident, said Lujan’s presence in the area was an ongoing concern for families. She stated that Lujan would often play music with explicit language, making her uncomfortable with her kids playing outside when he was around.
Other ice cream truck businesses in Pueblo reported receiving threats from people who mistakenly believed they were associated with Lujan. The incident has made some parents wary of letting their children buy treats from ice cream trucks alone.
