The Pittsburgh Penguins have signed forward Egor Chinakhov to a three-year, $18.75 million contract and goaltender Arturs Silovs to a one-year, $2.8 million contract.

Chinakhov, 25, was acquired by the Penguins from the Columbus Blue Jackets on December 29, 2025. He had six points in 29 games for the Blue Jackets and 36 points in 43 regular-season games for the Penguins. Silovs, also 25, was 19-12-8 last season for the Penguins with a 3.07 goals-against average and an .887 save percentage in 39 games.
