A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in Sunrise on Saturday, according to the Sunrise Police Department.
The incident occurred in the 10200 block of W. Commercial Boulevard, where a gray SUV traveling westbound hit the woman as she was crossing the roadway.
The woman was taken to the Broward Health Medical Center, where she was later pronounced dead. Her identity has not been released.
The incident is currently under investigation by the Sunrise Police Department.
