Oscar Mayer is celebrating the 90th birthday of its Wienermobile with a unique dessert, the Wiener Cake. The cake features the company’s hot dogs stacked in two tiers around a vanilla confetti birthday cake from Milk Bar, topped with ‘ketchup and mustard’ sprinkles.

The Wiener Cake is available for purchase in-store at Milk Bar’s Fulton Market location in Chicago, at 208 N. Green St., on Fridays through Sundays for $90.
The Wienermobile was built by the General Body Co. of Chicago in 1936 to bring joy to Americans during the Great Depression. According to Mollie Twing, Oscar Mayer Wienermobile senior brand manager, ‘After 90 years, the Wienermobile is just as special to Americans as it was in 1936, so it deserves a celebration equally as delightful.’ Hot dog cakes have become a viral social media sensation over the past year.
