During the past legislative session, Stitt signed several education bills into law, including a teacher pay raise. This marks the third teacher pay raise during his administration. Stitt stated that the goal is to attract and retain talented teachers by offering competitive pay and a positive work environment.

The extension of the Bell to Bell No Cell policy and extra recess times are also in effect this school year. Additionally, the parental choice tax credit has been expanded, allowing more families to have access to school choice. According to state data, 40,000 students have already benefited from this program.
