Measles Outbreaks on the Rise
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has logged 2,318 cases of measles as of Thursday, surpassing the record-breaking tally for all of 2025. Ohio Department of Health Director Bruce Vanderhoff emphasizes the importance of being fully vaccinated, stating that the measles vaccine is very safe and effective at preventing measles.
