A new trial is underway for Larry Young, who is accused of killing a teenager in West Palm Beach. Young was accused of opening fire during an argument in December 2021, which struck and killed a 16-year-old girl who was not involved in the dispute.
He was found guilty in 2023, but a year later, the court of appeals reversed his conviction after ruling that the court had denied his motion to suppress evidence obtained without a warrant.
