Cooperation Agreement and Tax Abatement
The committee will deliberate on authorizing the City of New Haven to enter into a cooperation agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of New Haven, Glendower Group, Inc., Eastview Terrace LLC, and Eastview Terrace Phase 1 Resyndication, LLC. This agreement pertains to the redevelopment of the property located at 145 Eastern Street, which includes a tax abatement as outlined in §28 4 of the New Haven Code of Ordinances.
