A mysterious phrase, ‘8647’, has been etched into the grass on the National Mall in Washington D.C., just days before a large crowd is expected to gather for a UFC match on President Trump’s birthday. Investigation Underway

The Secret Service has deferred comment to the US Park Police, who are handling the investigation into the markings. The Park Police and the National Park Service have not immediately responded to requests for comment. The numbers ’86’ are sometimes used as a code in the restaurant industry to mean ‘get rid of’ or ‘remove’, while ’47’ refers to President Trump being the 47th president.

The appearance of the numbers comes after former FBI Director James Comey was indicted by the Department of Justice on charges of threatening the president for posting an image on Instagram showing the numbers spelled out in sea shells.
