Montgomery Public Schools has announced that five schools will offer 21st Century Community Learning Centers this upcoming school year. These centers will provide students with after-school learning opportunities designed to extend learning beyond the traditional school day.
Participating Schools
The following schools will participate in the program during the 2026-2027 school year: Flowers Elementary School, Bellingrath Middle School, Capitol Heights Middle School, Goodwyn Middle School, and McKee Middle School.
The federally funded program supports students through hands-on experiences that make learning meaningful and engaging. Programming includes project-based learning, family engagement activities, service-learning opportunities, academic enrichment, and activities that help students develop critical thinking, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Families interested in participating should contact their child’s school for registration information, program schedules, and operating hours.
