A man accused of pretending to be a social service caseworker to try to lure a child into his car and proposition him for sexual acts has been found guilty of enticing a child for immoral purposes in Montgomery, Alabama.
Case Details
Montgomery County District Attorney Azzie Oliver says in August of 2025, Nikki Miller approached a 12-year-old boy who was walking in his neighborhood in the 300 block of Blackwood Drive. Oliver said Miller told the boy he worked for the Department of Human Resources and offered him a ride. Once the boy got into his car, Miller began propositioning the boy for sexual favors.
Miller was taken into custody following the verdict and faces up to 10 years in prison. He will be sentenced by Judge Tiffany McCord on July 23.
District Attorney Oliver praised the young victim for his courage in coming forward and testifying, as well as the dedicated prosecutors, support staff, and law enforcement officers whose hard work and professionalism helped secure this verdict.
