Concert Details
The concert will combine classical and modern pieces in the performance. Music Director Teddy Abrams said this performance will use music to tell the American story. ‘It’s music that speaks to our values, that speaks to the energy of American music. That is something that we all celebrate. There are going to be some surprises,’ Abrams said.
Well-known songs such as the Star-Spangled Banner and the Main Title from Star Wars will be mixed into the set alongside classical pieces. Concertgoers can bring chairs or blankets and enjoy a live concert to kick off the holiday weekend. Guests can start arriving at 6 p.m. before the concert begins at 8:30 p.m. Parking for the concert is free.
