Boston – As the jury in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial prepared to deliberate, defense attorney Kevin Reddington entered the courtroom with a pointed message for two prominent national journalists.
“It’s been obviously a long weekend,” Reddington said, addressing the media present. “You’re all journalists, reporters, news media, and this weekend has been horrific with the coverage.” He singled out Fox News host Sean Hannity and former prosecutor‑turned‑legal analyst Nancy Grace, labeling Grace the “Queen of Mean” and accusing both of misrepresenting the facts surrounding the case.
Reddington challenged Grace directly, demanding she produce any instance where Clancy allegedly said or searched for “How to kill.” “If you’re going to be a journalist, do it right,” he added.
In contrast, the attorney praised two local Boston journalists who have been covering the trial, noting their professionalism and accuracy.
