LiveWell Greenville launches inaugural Greenville Coffee Fest on Feb. 6

Greenville’s growing specialty‑coffee community will gather for a brand‑new one‑day celebration on Saturday, February 6. LiveWell Greenville, a local nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the city’s quality of life, is producing the inaugural Greenville Coffee Fest, which will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Jud Mill, 701 Easley Bridge Road.

Festival highlights and purpose

More than 20 Greenville‑based roasters, coffee shops and curated vendors have signed on to showcase their beans and brews. Attendees can enjoy complimentary coffee tastings, a selection of food vendors, live musical entertainment and limited‑edition merchandise. All proceeds from the event will be directed to a local nonprofit organization, reinforcing LiveWell Greenville’s mission to foster social connections and support community programs.

Voices from the organizers

“Our coffee shops foster social connections at a time when we need more of it,” said Kelly Weissmann, fund‑development director at LiveWell Greenville and co‑director of the coffee fest. “We want Greenville Coffee Fest to reflect that same care, and to celebrate the people who make our mornings better, one cup at a time.” Weissmann added, “We believe in what our community has already built and what sets us apart. This fundraiser can become something that not only Greenville leans into, but an annual event that people will travel to Greenville to attend.”

What to expect

Festival‑goers can look forward to tasting a variety of specialty coffees prepared by local artisans, exploring vendor booths that highlight unique coffee‑related products, and enjoying performances by regional musicians. Limited‑edition merchandise, including apparel and coffee accessories, will be available for purchase, providing additional fundraising opportunities.

Tickets and future plans

Tickets will go on sale in November through the event’s website, gvlcoffeefest.com. LiveWell Greenville has indicated that additional vendors and entertainment acts will be announced in the weeks leading up to the festival, promising an ever‑expanding lineup that reflects the city’s vibrant coffee culture.

Supporting local families and faith‑based values

By channeling proceeds to a local nonprofit, the coffee fest aligns with Greenville’s tradition of family‑focused community service and the city’s Christian heritage of generosity. The event offers families a wholesome, family‑friendly environment to gather, enjoy quality coffee, and support a cause that benefits neighbors in need.

Greenville Coffee Fest represents another step forward for LiveWell Greenville’s commitment to building stronger neighborhoods through events that celebrate local talent, encourage fellowship, and uphold the values that make Greenville a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
